Programme

Empowering Women in Technology

Equipping women and girls to lead the green and digital transition.

About the programme

What this programme is about

The Empowering Women in Technology Programme advances gender inclusion by providing women and girls with practical technical, digital, entrepreneurial and leadership skills. Women are central to household energy, water, food and health management, yet they remain underrepresented in many technological fields.

EWAH NEXUS creates accessible pathways for women to become technicians, innovators, entrepreneurs and decision-makers. The programme connects practical learning with mentorship, confidence building and opportunities to apply new skills.

Our approach

How we work

Training is practical, inclusive and adapted to participants’ education and experience. Women learn through guided demonstrations, teamwork, mentorship and real community projects. Where possible, continued support helps participants pursue employment, develop businesses or lead local initiatives.
