The Empowering Women in Technology Programme advances gender inclusion by providing women and girls with practical technical, digital, entrepreneurial and leadership skills. Women are central to household energy, water, food and health management, yet they remain underrepresented in many technological fields.
EWAH-NEXUS creates accessible pathways for women to become technicians, innovators, entrepreneurs and decision-makers. The programme connects practical learning with mentorship, confidence building and opportunities to apply new skills.

Women receive practical exposure to renewable energy, solar installation and maintenance, basic electricity, electronics and productive clean-energy applications.
Digital Skills and Innovation

Enterprise and Financial Capability
