EWAH NEXUS prioritises women, girls, young people and underserved groups as participants, co-designers and leaders in its work. We aim to remove barriers to participation and challenge harmful stereotypes.

• Design activities so that women, girls and people with disabilities can take part safely.
• Provide women mentors and visible technical role models.
• Track who participates and what they gain, not only how many attend.
• Respect privacy and obtain consent for stories and images.
