Through EWAH NEXUS, I gained practical skills in solar energy and learned how to identify, connect and understand basic solar PV components. The training increased my confidence, opened my eyes to new livelihood opportunities, and inspired me to use clean energy solutions within my community.” Ngoufack Cedri
EWAH NEXUS solar dryers help rural women preserve food safely using clean solar energy.
They reduce post-harvest losses while protecting produce from dust, insects and rain.
The technology improves the quality and shelf life of fish, tomatoes, fruits and vegetables.
It also helps women add value to farm produce and create new income opportunities.
By reducing waste, solar drying strengthens food security and rural livelihoods.
EWAH NEXUS is empowering women through practical, affordable and sustainable technology.
Turning sunshine into value, EWAH NEXUS is helping communities preserve more, waste less and earn better.
Our locally developed solar dryer offers a simple, clean and affordable way to preserve everyday farm produce using the power of the sun.
It has been successfully used to dry products such as pepper, tomatoes and potatoes while protecting them from dust, insects and sudden weather changes.
By reducing moisture quickly and hygienically, the dryer helps extend shelf life and minimize post-harvest losses.
Its low-cost, locally adaptable design makes it especially suitable for rural households, farmers and women-led food-processing activities.
Turning sunshine into value, EWAH NEXUS is helping communities preserve more, waste less and earn better.
